內(nèi)蒙古神華包頭煤制烯烴升級示范項目
近日，良固閥門集團交付一批口徑500、高度2.2米的美標彈簧式安全閥，用于神華包頭煤化工煤制烯烴升級示范項目。這一項目是國家能源集團重點打造的示范工程，總投資超百億元，涵蓋煤氣化、甲醇合成、MTO與聚烯烴等完整產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，被譽為推動我國煤化工清潔高效利用的重要工程。
Recently, LIANGGU Valve Group delivered a batch of DN500, 2.2-meter-high ASME spring-loaded safety valves for the Shenhua Baotou Coal-to-Olefins Upgrade Demonstration Project.
This project, developed by China Energy Group as a key national demonstration initiative, involves a total investment exceeding RMB 10 billion. It covers the complete industrial chain, including coal gasification, methanol synthesis, MTO (Methanol-to-Olefins), and polyolefin production, and is recognized as a landmark project promoting the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China.
在煤制烯烴這樣的大型化工裝置中，安全閥承擔著最后一道壓力防護屏障的使命。它們將被安裝在反應器、分離器、儲罐、蒸汽系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，用以防止設(shè)備超壓和事故發(fā)生，直接關(guān)系到裝置的安全穩(wěn)定運行。良固此次交付的安全閥產(chǎn)品，采用精密加工工藝以及嚴格的整定校驗，能夠在復雜介質(zhì)和高溫高壓環(huán)境下保持敏銳可靠的動作性能，為項目的長周期、滿負荷運行提供堅實保障。
In large-scale coal-to-olefins facilities, safety valves serve as the final pressure protection barrier. They are installed at critical points such as reactors, separators, storage tanks, and steam systems to prevent overpressure and potential accidents, directly impacting the safe and stable operation of the entire plant. The safety valves delivered by LIANGGU are manufactured using precision machining processes and undergo rigorous set-pressure calibration and testing, ensuring responsive and reliable performance under complex media conditions and high-temperature, high-pressure environments. This provides strong support for long-term, full-load operation of the project.
